Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to break our security, or uses it to create fraudulent documents.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the resumes, cover letters and other content you create. We store and process it only to provide the service to you.

You confirm that the information you enter is truthful and yours to use. The service is designed to present your real experience well — it must not be used to fabricate employment history, qualifications or credentials.

AI-generated suggestions

Our AI features suggest wording based on the information you provide. Suggestions are drafts: you review and accept each one, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of everything in your documents.

Where a suggestion needs a fact we do not have, the AI marks a placeholder rather than inventing one. Even so, always read AI output before you send a document to an employer.

Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

AI credits included with a plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit top-ups do not expire. Failed AI generations are never charged.

If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us — we handle refund requests case by case and in good faith.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change as the product evolves; we will not remove your ability to export your own data.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion deactivates the account immediately and permanently erases your data after 30 days.
